The wheel was redesigned in sizes 5 and 20 inches (due to the lack of size specifications in the challenge) with closed sides, which prevents the entry of stones and sand. On the tread it has the letters "SPD" in Morse code, which mention Team Space Discovery. It also has a steering arrow, a deeper tread that would allow it to better traverse steep or sandy terrain.
The next piece is assembled and bolted to the wheel depending on which side of the Rover it is mounted on, this will make the wheel either Right or Left as seen below in the pictures, this piece holds the wheel and in turn is attached to the Rover axle.
